Massapequa & Massapequa Park is very a child oriented Neighboorhood.
Besides the parks & Beaches, the sports choices are bountiful. 
From Massapequa Coast Little League to Saint Rose CYO &
from American Black Belt Academy to Swimming Lessons there is always something to do for the kids.

When it comes to what Mom & Dad are looking for....

It would take years to try all the restaurants in the neighborhood.
I do have my favorites and would be happy to share them with you in person.

For those who work in the City...
The LIRR has 2 stations in our area. One in Massapequa Park (further east) & one in Massapequa (further west)
both on Sunrise Hwy, both with Huge Parking Lots. Great quiet ride ending at Penn Station.

Shoping? 
Theres the westfield mall on Sunrise Hwy, Macyes, Sears, and many large shoping centers ​as well as plenty of stores (too many to list) on Sunrise Hwy, Merrick Road, Park Blvd and many other main roads. From the big name stores to mom and pop shops there are plenty of places to go shoping.
